All wines and spirits are offered subject to availability and remain the property of Red or White or its associates until payment is received in full.
On acceptance of your application for a place at a Tasting or Dinner event, we will despatch tickets which you are requested to bring with you. Customers are requested not to bring children or pets.
Red or White is a sole traders under UK law and any dispute or claims that arise from using this Website must be made and settled under UK law.
In the unlikely event that we have run out of an item on your order, we will endeavour to contact you to arrange a replacement. However, at peak times of the year, we do reserve the right to replace out of stock items with another of equal or greater value.
We make every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and current; however Red or White provides this web site and its contents on an "as is" basis and it makes no (and expressly disclaim all) representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this website and its contents.
