Made in the traditional method with a second fermentation in the bottles at a low temperature of 11c for at least 8 weeks to develop a fine mousse. Minimum ageing in bottles: 9 months before disgorging.

Tasting Notes:
Light yellow in colour, this Sparkling wine has a fine and persistent mousse. It is intense in the nose with fine nuances of citrus and toast, and subtle hints of honey and nuts. The palate is mellow and round, with a long lingering finish.
