Wine Characteristics: Composition: 85% Cabernet Sauvignon 15% Merlot Appellation: Huailai Alcohol: 12% abv Winemaking: Traditional red winemaking in stainless steel tanks. Average maceration of 10 days to 2 weeks, at controlled temperatures ranging between 25-29C. Malolactic fermentation after pressing and blending of the different tanks and varietals together. Tasting Notes: Deep red in colour, it is a medium bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with typical varietal flavours of red fruits, black pepper and soft spices.
